Payment Schedule
- A deposit of $10,000 (£5,000) is required to secure your property, which is refundable for 45 days or until the contract of purchase is signed
- 25% is due upon signing of purchase contract
- 75% is due on completion (completion for the refurbished properties is anticipated in December 2008)
- 70% LTV mortgages are available, which means you can buy with just £10,800 ($21,600)
- All purchasing payments are made to a third party escrow account, making your investment completely safe and secure.
- Allow for purchasing fees of 2% to 4%, depending on whether a mortgage is required.
