Property in Hua Hin

Hua Hin was transformed from a fishing village to a royal resort during the reign of King Rama VI (1910-1925), as a getaway from the busy metropolis of Bangkok, which resulted in the construction of the Hua Hin railway station in the early 1920’s. This was then followed by the construction of the Klai Kangwon Palace (Far From Worries) by King Rama VII in 1926. The palace remains, to this day, an official royal residence, which gave Hua Hin its unique identity.

Despite being Thailand’s oldest beach resort, Hua Hin has remained relatively low profile, slowly building itself into the preferred destination for laid-back holiday makers, travellers and wealthy Thais.

Hua Hin Property in Thailand

Hua Hin is located about 200km south of Bangkok on the west coast of the Gulf of Thailand. At present, it takes between two to three hours to reach Hua Hin by car from Bangkok, depending on the traffic.
