LATEST NEWS - NEW SUITES LAUNCHED 30 SEPTEMBER 2008 On the back of the sales success of the double rooms (all sold out) and the Junior Suites (only a few remaining), we are pleased to announce the launch of the Flaxby Executive Suites. This range of suites starts with the 550 sq ft Club Suite at £199,000 plus VAT through to the 2500 sq ft Champagne Presidential Suite at £2 million. The King Suites (£237,500) and Luxury King Suites (£250,000) are also an interesting prospect at 650 sq ft and are spread over 2 floors with one or two terraces overlooking the golf course. LEISURE PACKAGE WITH RENTAL RETURNS AND PERSONAL USAGE With these suites we are offering two different options to clients. The investor package offers 12% return guaranteed for 3 years with 50% of room rate and 52 days personal usage p.a. from year 4 onwards. The leisure package includes 52 days personal usage p.a. from day 1 with a 10% guaranteed return for year 1 and 50% split thereafter. This package also comes with a lifetime country club membership and is a great option for local people or golf tourists. The leisure package is currently only available on the Luxury King Suites. CHAMPAGNE SUITES NOW AVAILABLE At the top end of the suite selection we have four champagne suites and one presidential champagne suite. The four champagne suites will be priced at £1 million with the presidential suite at £2 million. These suites, like all high value products, can be tailored in not only layout and finish but also the investment profile.
